Our centrally-located building overlooks the Murillo gardens and the walls of the Royal Alcazar, a stone´s throw from the University of Seville.
We have a lot to offer you and almost everything you need.
We know that you know that Seville is one of the cities with the largest artistic and monumental heritage in Europe, so simply giving you a list of monuments wouldn’t mean much.
What we do want to propose are 5 musts, although it’s difficult to choose:
Cross the street and in 1 minute you’ll be strolling through the Murillo Gardens (our very own green zone), enjoying the Medieval Alcazar walls or the views of the Giralda minaret.
Cross the street and in 2 minutes you’ll discover the Plaza de Santa Cruz. Let yourself be carried away by the scent of the roses and orange blossoms. In the middle of the square, a plaque reminds us that the famous Baroque painter from Seville, Esteban Murillo, is buried here.
Cross the street and in 3 minutes you’ll find yourself in Calle San Fernando Street, a broad walking street full of bars and outdoor terraces right in front of the University of Seville, the same place where the opera Carmen by George Bizet was set, inspired in the novel by Prosper Merimee, which in turn was inspired by a poem by Alexander Pushkin… Never has one place inspired so many….
Turn to the left and in less than 4 minutes you’re in the Plaza de España next to the historical Maria Luisa Park. Enjoy a leisurely walk or go running like hundreds of Sevillians do.
How about shopping? We have 2 impressive commercial and leisure centers, only 10 minutes from the school.
Never imagined it was so easy to know a city, right?
As you can see, our surroundings overflow with magnificent monuments, marvelous gardens and centuries of history all within a stone’s throw.
But we can also assure you that our location will make your daily life easy. The subway, buses, taxis, trams and bikes are at our doorstep.
We offer an easy, comfortable and ecological location as we are on one of Seville’s most emblematic avenues. For this and other reasons, many envy us…
