STEP ONE

Choose your start date and end date for your course, the kind of course and the same for accommodation if you wish for us to organise it for you.

We ask you for an estimated Spanish level to give us a better idea before you arrive, however you will complete an online level test before you start and do an oral test on your first day of class.

There is a comment section at the bottom of the enrolment form for you to put any special requests for your course and or accommodation. We like to know if you request a non-smoking household or also if you have any dietary needs so that we can match you to the best accommodation possible.

When we receive your completed application form, we will contact you with a booking confirmation to check that the dates and courses are correct and available.

STEP TWO

In order to complete your registration, you would need to send us a 100€ deposit for the course and a 25€ accommodation reservation fee if you have booked accommodation with us. Here are our ways of payment available:

STEP THREE

Once we have received your deposit we will send you our confirmation and the invoice. The balance is due one week before your course starts.

We will also send you the link to the level test and important information regarding your arrival to Seville and your first day of class.

STEP FOUR

(if you have reserved accommodation with us)

Please send us your arrival/flight details as soon as you have them so that we can let the family or landlord know what time to expect you.

We will send you your accommodation details no later than the week before you are due to arrive.

There is very good public transport from the airport to the city center.  We also offer airport pick-up from Sevilla airport to your accommodation, if you are interested in this private pickup service, please let us know.

STEP FIVE

(if you need a student visa to enter Spain)

If you need a student visa to travel to Spain, please send us a copy of your passport .

You will need to pay the total amount of your course in order to receive the confirmation letter to apply for the student visa.

In the case that a student is denied a student visa, the request for the refund of the total amount (minus a 100€ deposit as administration fee) must be accompanied by an official letter from the Spanish Embassy which states the visa denial.

This must be done no later than 30 days before the course start date. No refund will be given without this document and no other document will be valid. If the refund is by bank transfer, all bank fees will be charged to the student.
